I remember when I presented my business plan for our new business concept to Lauren. To my surprise he returned it and commented that it required huge improvement. We literally redid our business plan overnight as he bought time for us before presenting it to the Landlord at a high demand property. He made sure that all my material was the best material I could possibly present to get my business the best location possible. He really helped us increase our level of 'worthiness' to get us the winning space we wanted.

We were about to give up on opening the business we truly wanted. Whether he knew it or not, he talked us off the ledge that day. Not only do we have a successful business in a space that he found for us, but his relationship with us has grown into even more ventures
